Ohio Volleyball Update for Summer 2010
VBPIMP.com and Volleyball Associates
Elite Tournaments for Elite People
From Andy Zamborsky,
I have teamed up with Al Cooney and I am now working with Volleyball Associates. Many of you already know this from the February and March 6’ and Under Tournaments. They were both a huge success and were sold out weeks in advance. And it was nice seeing so many “veterans” playing in the tournaments against some of the new younger teams. There were certainly some exciting matchups. Speaking of Volleyball Associates, check out their new site. You can register and pay online. You can also see registered teams, pool sheets and tournament results online. Check it out at http://www.
If you want to see the 6’ and pictures, please use these links:

The Last Chance for Indoor Tournaments
There are 2 remaining indoor tournaments that I know of. Both tournaments have openings but sign up quick so you don’t get shut out.
April 24th – Voodoo Athletics Shorts Off – It’s Coed 6’s. Visit http://www.voodooathletics.
May 1st – Volleyball Associates Spring Fling – It’s a Coed 6’s indoor tournament. Not a 6’ and Under but could there be a veteran’s versus new blood rematch in the finals? J Go to http://www.
2010 Volleyball Associates Outdoor Tournaments
We are expecting a lot of teams for the Middle Bass and Put in Bay tournaments. If you would like to earn a team discount and/or prizes by helping set up nets or checking teams in, send me an email atandy@vbpimp.com.
Speaking of prizes, if you are interested in sponsoring this summer’s tournaments, please contact me. Your sponsorship will get your logo on ALL of the tournament shirts, in Scene Magazine and on both the Volleyball Associates and VBPIMP.COM websites. VBPIMP alone has achieved over 50,000 hits in one month and the new Volleyball Associates site is getting more hits every day. And the tournament shirts are worn for years all over the place. Remember, every participant receives a shirt. Volleyball Associates gave away over 1200 shirts last summer, now with the Put in Bay tournament we hope to double that amount. And the logo will be added to the newsletter going out to almost 4000 volleyball players. If you just want to do a logo exchange, we can do that too. I will post tournaments as long as you do the same.
