At 24 Hour Fitness, we know that participation in team sports can help student athletes strengthen their teamwork, goal setting and work ethic. We also know the increasing difficulties public schools face in funding their athletic and activities programs. Our goal is to change lives in the communities we serve by enriching the experience of high school varsity athletes.
Helping teams—Each year over 20,000 student athletes from over 2,000 high school teams participate in our Varsity Program.
Free access for athletes—24 Hour Fitness offers training facilities at no cost to student athletes.
Getting schools on track—24 Hour Fitness has donated in excess of $2 million dollars of exercise equipment to high schools.

Access to the right fitness equipment can make a difference in your athletic training and your success as a student-athlete. Our Varsity Program allows high school varsity athletes to experience the latest in cardio and strength training equipment FREE of charge!
24 Hour Fitness invites high school varsity athletes to use our facilities for free during the school year (September 15th, 2008 — May 31st, 2009). The club is available to you from 2:30pm — 4:30pm, 7 days a week.
