So I like the idea behind this video
Aimed towards the junior high and high school players and club players of course utilizing bodyweight exercises which I think are perfect for that age group (and mine).
And especially for those who can't get to or live far away from or can't afford to get to a gym, then this is one of the best solutions for getting stronger.
