Lobo Volleyball Team Wins Three At NMSU Spring Invitational
New Mexico improves to 9-1-1 during the Spring
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. --- The University of New Mexico volleyball team continues to roll through opponents during Spring Practice. UNM won three matches on Saturday at the New Mexico State Spring Invitational in Las Cruces, beating Western New Mexico (2-0), Wayland Baptist (2-0) and New Mexico State (3-1).
The Lobos are now 9-1-1 in Spring matches. UNM will wrap up the Spring competition season on Wednesday, April 21 against the Southwest All-Stars at Johnson Center. Match time is set for 7 p.m.
UNM also continues to take sign-ups for the 4th Annual Grass Bash on May 1-2. The annual Lobo Volleyball fundraiser will take place on Johnson Fields with proceeds going to UNM Children’s Hospital, Free 2 Play and the Jeanne Fairchild Endowed Scholarship.
