Indiana State Sycamore Volleyball To Compete In 12-Team Indy Collegiate Invitational On March 31
TERRE HAUTE, IND. – Indiana State has been paired with Purdue and Western Kentucky in Pool A of the Indy Collegiate Invitational which will be held on March 31 at the Capitol Sports Center in Plainfield, Ind. The tournament is sponsored by the Circle City Volleyball Club.
Indiana State will take on Purdue at 9:30 a.m. (ET) and play Western Kentucky at 10:30 a.m. (ET) while Purdue goes up against Western Kentucky at 11:30 a.m. (ET). All matches will consist of two sets to 25 points with a team needing to win by two.
Louisville, Xavier and IUPUPI will compete in Pool B with Kentucky, Indiana and the University of Indianapolis in Pool C, and Notre Dame, Ball State and Southern Illinois in Pool D.
The tournament continues in the afternoon with the first place teams in each pool battling in a four team tournament. The second place teams from each pool will also have a four-team tournament as will the third place teams from each pool.
The Indiana State volleyball team will also compete in tournaments in the Illinois State Invitational on April 14 and at Indiana University on April.
